We recently visited for the first time, and honestly had no idea what to expect or how the self-wash process worked. The staff immediately put us at ease - they were incredibly friendly, patient, and took the time to walk us through everything step by step. They never made us feel rushed, and when we needed a little extra time to finish washing our pup, they graciously let us continue without charging us extra. That level of customer service really stood out. The facility itself was very clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed to give our furry family member a great bath without the mess at home. Overall, this was a fantastic first experience, and we'll definitely be back. If you're looking for a clean, well-run self-service dog wash with genuinely kind and helpful staff, I highly recommend this place! 🐶🛁

Expensive but it did work very well and saved me a ton of hassle trying to fight my dog into the shower at home

Took Nala, daughter's girl, to the self-service wash. It was the first time I was given a break on the cost . It is in a location that is close to parking and the entrance to the dogs' play areas. They have a great dog wash setup. They provide soap and have two options to choose from. It is dispensed through the wash wand, as does the water . Nala was freaked out with the blow dryer. Nice large towels are included, so that wasn't a problem. The one suggestion I recommend is the amount of time given.

Our puppy had a nice playdate at the park, but got very muddy. We came here for his first bath with us and it was amazing! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They walked us through everything which is a little overwhelming for first time dog parents. Really appreciative of the staff and the facility is excellent. We are looking forward to coming back! Highly recommend

Always clean, polite, and friendly, so much fun and activities for the dogs to partake in before getting their bath. I don't like that his place does not provide any tools for standard grooming. Although their concept is sort of like a car wash, car washes still provide materials other than just soap and water. I do like that they provide hypoallergenic soap for dogs with skin disorders. On the flip side, they do not provide any specialty soaps for dogs that have matting or tangled issues. Nor do they provide d shedding or detangling tools. You can bring your own, though. They only allow you 8 minutes for a standard wash. Twelve minutes For a longer wash. Be very mindful of your time, especially if you prefer to blow dry your dogs. I was blow drying and then they cut the air off. Even though my animal wasn't fully dry, the elderly lady pretty much said "o well your time ran out you can use the towel But I just had hand surgery obviously towel drying would be a bit more difficult than just holding a blow dryer with my strong hand and getting them blow-dried easily I'd be more comfortable paying a dollar per minute and then fifty cents for soap and water, like a laundromat system.
